2-year-old showing how to do burpees is melting everyone’s hearts because, well, just watch it

Meet Keeley, the Burpee Baby.

Don’t let this sweet angelic face with the flower crown fool you. 2-year-old Keeley Roberts is a fit toddler that will put you and everyone you know to shame.

Keeley’s mother Ashley Roberts, a fitness enthusiast and blogger, recently posted a video of the toddler doing a mini burpee circuit by the pool.

The video was posted on Ashley’s Instagram page before it went viral. The clip’s caption nonchalantly read: “The burpee baby is back! Just doing some burpee pool jumps on a hot summer day!”

Here’s a step-by-step guide to Keeley’s burpee pool workout. If she can do it, so can you!

Step 1: Put on a smile. In order to be successful, you have to do things with enthusiasm.

Step 2: Complete a wide-leg split jump (like a star).

Step 3: From star-shaped jump, do a burpee. Make sure you go all the way down. No cheating!

Step 4: Do an assisted (or full) push-up to get back up.

Step 5: Stand with confidence at the edge and JUMP!

Step 6: Repeat steps 1-5!

Keeley’s exercise style and work ethic is definitely encouraged by her mother Ashley, whose main purpose is to motivate and inspire women through fitness. The adorable 2-year-old Keeley is already a fitness star on the rise.
